Baby Nubbie Blanket

Baby Nubbie

This pattern makes a soft, thick, baby sized blanket that is just as cozy as it is stunning! The plush velvety softness and deep texture make this blanket a beautiful addition to any nursery décor. The chunky chenille yarn and large textured stiches means this blanket makes up quickly and is an ideal handmade gift for new moms and babies.  You will want to make one for all the moms babies and kids in your life! Nubbie for my Hubbie

I made the "nubbie scrubbie" into a blanket!!  Made it for my Hubby. We love it. I made it while camping this last summer. It is perfect for cuddling in by the fire.  I used grey worsted weight yarns, two held together with a 10mm hook. I will try to design a pattern with the exact instructions in the future.

Retro Zig-zag afghan

I made this up by using left over yarns from my stash.

Some are cotton, some are acrylic, some are mixed fibers.  All are washable.  I used every weight of yarn from chunky to dk.  Some were one yarn, some two, and some three strands held together.  I just judged by the yarn and doubled the worsted weight ones, and then tripled the dk weight. I used 6.5mm hook though out.
The stripe pattern is just random, it was whatever yarn I wanted next and how ever many rows I felt like!!
It was super fast and easy to do!
